At Faherty, we strive to make returns and exchanges as simple and sustainable as possible. Our partnership with Happy Returns enables you to process returns with minimal environmental impact.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Start Your Return or Exchange

Visit our Returns Portal to initiate the process. You’ll need your order number and shipping zip code.

2. Choose Your Return Method

• In-Person Returns: Drop off your items at a local Return Bar for a box-free, printer-free return. Most refunds are processed within minutes.
• Mail-In Returns: If you prefer to mail your return, you’ll have 30 days to use the return label provided. Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable, and a $7 fee applies for mail-in returns to cover processing costs.

3. Process Your Exchange

Exchanges are free and can be initiated through the same portal. If you used a discount code on your original order, it will be honored during the exchange process.

Important Information

• Return Window: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange eligible items.
• Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Gift Returns: Gifts can be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations up to 60 days from the time of purchase. For online gift returns, a prepaid return label will be issued, and the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Non-Faherty Purchases: Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned directly to the retailer where the purchase was made.
